Resolving by Evolving
This approach is based on an intervention model structured in four main phases:
- Analysis of the context and needs: every organization has specific needs: for this reason the first step consists in understanding objectives, critical issues and business challenges.
2. Path design: definition of a personalized development plan, choosing the best entry point between technical skills and soft skills.
3. Delivery of interventions: implementation of practical and interactive methodologies to encourage learning and process improvement.
4. Follow-up and support: continuous monitoring to ensure the effectiveness of the intervention and real-time adaptations.
Double entry point: technical and soft skills
One of the distinctive features of Resolving by Evolving is the possibility of addressing change from two perspectives:
- Technical approach: ideal for companies that need to optimize operations or solve specific problems as a priority. It includes interventions on financial management, business process engineering, data analysis and improvement of operational efficiency.
- Soft skill and managerial approach: suitable for organizations that first and foremost want to strengthen corporate culture and improve team management. It includes training on leadership, effective communication, time management and soft skills development.
The integration of these two elements allows you to create sustainable change over time, based on a solid corporate culture and optimized processes.
