Milan, 04/16/24 – Gruppo Excellence has acquired the majority of Concentric, a consultancy company founded in Milan in 2004, with over 220 clients in 20 years of activity in Italy and abroad, specialized in supporting the commercial management of banks, insurance companies and networks of financial advisors to plan the evolution of their teams and their performance.
With this initiative, the Group founded in 2007 by Maurizio Primanni and Renato Ferri Pacini, active since the beginning in the banking, insurance and asset management sectors, is enriching its offering, which has grown over time, giving life to new specialized companies such as “Excellence Education” (HR management and Change Management) and “Excellence Digital Innovation” (digital platform development) or by acquiring high potential companies such as “Dataskills” (data science and AI) and “Red Public” (sustainability and inclusion strategies).
