Excellence Academy

Upskilling is a focal point for us at Excellence: hence Excellence Academy is born, the group’s in-house training school that aims to deliver courses focused both on industry issues and on deepening the main Skills of the good consultant.

“Excellence Academy” is structured in a calendar of periodic meetings; the classroom sessions are held by the company’s management and, in order to enhance professional experience and maximize training effectiveness, may include the direct testimony of key clients, available for debate and open discussion with participants.

Professional Updating

In order to keep its resources up-to-date, Excellence provides a daily press review whose sources are the main newspapers and industry magazines, such as Il Sole 24ore, Financial Times, The Wall Street Journal, Harvard Business Review Italia, Wall Street Italia and many others.

Through professional updating, our consultants are able to produce market research and updates that frequently garner the interest of the national and industry press.

Welfare Program

The well-being of our people is very important to us. That is why we have made available to resources with the role of Consultant, Senior Consultant, Manager and Senior Manager the “Excellence in life” program, i.e., a set of benefits and services aimed at going beyond the purely monetary component of remuneration, in order to support employees’ income and improve their private and working life.

Whistleblowing

L’Istituto del “Whistleblowing” è riconosciuto come strumento fondamentale nell’emersione di illeciti; per il suo efficace operare è pero cruciale assicurare una protezione adeguata ed equilibrata ai segnalanti. In tale ottica, al fine di garantire che i soggetti segnalanti siano meglio protetto da ritorsioni e conseguenze negative, e incoraggiare l’utilizzo dello strumento, in Italia è stato approvato il D.Lgs. n.24 del 10 marzo 2023 a recepimento della Direttiva (UE) 2019/1937 riguardante la protezione delle persone che segnalano violazioni.

Il decreto persegue l’obiettivo di rafforzare la tutela giuridica delle persone che segnalano violazioni di disposizioni normative nazionali o europee, che ledono gli interessi e/o l’integrità dell’ente pubblico o privato di appartenenza, e di cui siano venute a conoscenza nello svolgimento dell’attività lavorativa.
